• Phone numbers are collected at account sign-up. They may also be provided through enquiry forms, demo requests, and support or contact messages.
• Business information you submit (for example company or workspace name).

• Consent preferences (including marketing consent status and timestamps).

• To provide and support the tracker and related services.
• To maintain platform security and reliability.
• To communicate service messages (account, support, product operations).
• To send marketing only where you have opted in.
• We use phone numbers to manage accounts, respond to enquiries, arrange demos, and provide support.

• Contract — where we need contact details to create and manage an account, respond to enquiries, arrange demos, provide support, and send service-related messages.
• Legitimate interests — where we use business contact details to respond to enquiries, manage customer relationships, protect the service, and improve Contractor OS.
• Legal obligation — where we need to keep records for tax, accounting, legal, security, or regulatory purposes.
• Consent — where a user has clearly agreed to receive marketing updates. Marketing consent is optional, separate from account creation, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from acceptance of Terms and Privacy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or by contacting us.

6. Sharing data

We may share personal data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform. This may include:

Account contact details, including email address and phone number, are kept while the account is active. After an account is closed, we keep limited records for up to 6 years where needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, or business record purposes. Enquiry records from non-customers are normally kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed.

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as contractual protections with our service providers.
