Contractor OS provides contract control software and related operational support services for contractor businesses. For support, contact sean@contractoros.uk.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and any related free tools, including the Free Client Visibility Tracker. If separate service terms are agreed in writing for paid services, those terms will take precedence for that service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or tracker. This includes attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping data at scale, or using the platform in any unlawful way.
4. Account responsibility
When you create an account, you must provide accurate contact details, including your email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep services available and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. We may change, pause, or discontinue features (including free features) to maintain service quality and security.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, and materials are owned by Contractor OS or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
7. Confidentiality and data handling
We treat business workflow and job information as confidential. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or share any data you provide.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, savings, or revenue uplift. Any examples or guidance are illustrative and depend on your implementation and operating context.
9. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor OS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims arising from free services is limited to £100.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, security is at risk, or continued access would be unlawful.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
